(1) Regularly check the leakage condition. If the leakage exceeds the allowable error, it should be tightened and adjusted in time.
(2) Periodically inspect the bearing for damage. The allowable radial run-out of the shaft is in the range of 0.03-0.08 mm.
(3) The packing should be used in combination. The hard packing should be deep, and the soft packing should be near the gland.
(4) When injecting lubricating oil and cooling the filler, it is required to ensure the smoothness of the oil and water channels.
(5) The packing should be regularly updated, and the inner wall of the packing cavity and the shaft surface must not be scratched when the packing is removed.
(6) The filler is not allowed to dissolve with other media.
