The external threaded kazari seal is a forced seal. The fastener adopts a threaded sleeve, which eliminates the large diameter main bolt and has a compact structure. The top cover and the end of the barrel are coupled by a long sleeve having upper and lower zigzag threads, and the threaded sleeve receives the axial force acting on the top cover caused by the internal pressure. The initial seal is obtained by pressing the triangular spacers against the pre-tightening bolts through the pressure ring. Since the upper part of the threaded sleeve and the top cover are provided with six intermittent threads with 30e concave grooves, the assembly of the top cover and the end of the cylinder can be realized only by rotating 30e during assembly, and the assembly and disassembly is convenient, but Comes with special tools. The main disadvantage is that the sleeve and the top cover are significantly weighted as the diameter of the container increases.

The D-bolt high-pressure seal uses a C-ring or an O-ring as a gasket, and is a self-tightening seal. The top cover of the container is placed in the end of the cylinder, and the end of the cylinder and the top cover are connected by a D-shaped bolt (only one quarter of a screw hole is formed in one piece). This structure is supported by the longitudinal section of the D-shaped bolt. The axial force caused by the pressure, so the effective bearing area is large, and the D-shaped bolt is mainly subjected to the shearing force. The top cover and the end of the cylinder can be assembled and disassembled by rotating the D-bolt 90e, and the D-shaped bolt is always fixed on the top cover or the end flange, which makes the assembly and disassembly more convenient. The D-bolt can also avoid the thread seizure that may occur during the assembly and disassembly of the bolt.
